Communications and Infrastructure Advisory
Paul is a recognised expert in the communications and infrastructure sectors. His experience spans eight years on the Senior Management Team at Optus, more than fifteen years in Parliament, and ministerial responsibility for communications, cities and urban infrastructure.
Today Paul advises organisations and serves as a director in these sectors. He brings an understanding of policy, regulation, industry dynamics and the practical challenges facing organisations operating in essential services and infrastructure.
Speaker and Facilitator
Paul is regularly engaged as a speaker and facilitator at events and meetings. Recent engagements have included:

- Facilitating a panel on data centres and telecommunications at the Northern Territory Investment Summit.
